More Than a Tutor — A Learning Partner

As an educator with 7+ years in Hong Kong schools, I’ve dedicated my career to making learning joyful and effective. With my expertise in psychology and cognitive neuroscience, I have insights into the most effective ways for children to learn — whether it’s mastering the English Language, excelling in exams, or building their first game using code.

Formerly a Native English Head Teacher, I’ve trained other educators and designed curricula for Hong Kong schools. Now, I bring these ideas to private tutoring through combining structured methods with playful creativity. My students don’t just improve grades; they gain confidence in expressing themselves.

My Teaching Story

Why I Love Teaching Hong Kong Students

After my years in Hong Kong classrooms, I've found my true passion: helping students discover the joy of learning. Whether it's a kindergarten student mastering their first phonics sounds or a primary pupil building their first Scratch game, that moment of "I get it!" never gets old.

Great teaching isn't just about grades — it's about lighting a spark. When children gain confidence in learning, they gain confidence in themselves to achieve anything.

I believe learning should be an adventure, my lessons are designed to make skills stick. The best progress happens when students are too busy enjoying themselves to realise how much they're learning.
