• Limited health/special needs information if relevant to enhancing the tutoring service (e.g., dyslexia).

2. How We Use Information

Collected information is only used to:

• Provide and personalise tutoring services.
• Communicate on sessions, invoices, and progress reports.
• Ensure student safety during in-person sessions.

3. Data Protection

We implement security measures including:

• Deletion of payment data after 1 year.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell data. Limited sharing occurs with:

• Payment processors (such as FPS) for transactions.
• Educational apps with parent consent.
• Hong Kong authorities if legally required (e.g., court order).

5. Children's Data

Additional protections for students:

• No personal data collected beyond what's necessary for tutoring.
• No social media integration or online profiles.
• No photos or videos will be taken of children. Photos will be taken only with signed parental consent for the parent's/guardian's own use.
